- You do. The claim is a button on your own billing page, and it pays on the first click. Nobody at casdey reviews it, and there is nothing to argue about.
- What is measured
- What casdey recovered over the window, against what casdey charged you over the same window. Not traffic, not opens, not replies.
- How often
- Once per gym, ever. One 30-day window, opened by your first campaign after your first payment. It can never be re-armed, which is exactly why it needs no review.

What happens when the first week ends?
Pro carries on and your card is charged monthly, at the early-adopter rate you locked in. You get an email the day before saying the exact amount. Cancel any time during the week and none of that happens: you keep Pro until the week runs out, then drop to the Free plan.
Is there a discount for joining early?
Yes. Gyms that start during the launch window keep a lifetime 20% discount on either paid tier, applied automatically whenever they upgrade, for as long as they stay subscribed.
What does the profit-or-nothing guarantee actually cover?
On Pro, your first campaign after your first payment opens one 30-day window. If casdey has not recovered more than it cost you over that window, you claim a full refund of what you paid in it, from your own billing page, with no review. One window per gym, ever.
Do I need to change my gym software?
No. casdey reads an export from whatever you already use, or a CSV, and writes bookings into your Google Calendar. It does not sit between you and your members' records, and it never writes back to them.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your billing page. Moving between Standard and Pro takes effect immediately, and cancelling leaves you on the Free plan rather than locking you out of your own data.
Can I get a refund?
Only through the Pro guarantee. If your first 30-day window on Pro does not recover more than it cost, you claim a full refund of what you paid in it, from your billing page. Everything else is paid in advance and non-refundable: cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps you on the plan until the period you have paid for runs out.
